Confidentiality

How Does MINO Ensure the Confidentiality of Your Data?

MINO adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective from 25 May 2018, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of IT security to protect your data and support our business processes. Your information will only be accessible to users you authorize within your organization or business partners you explicitly invite to collaborate on the Platform.

All MINO employees undergo rigorous training in information security and confidentiality. They are subject to mandatory annual risk assessments and must sign a confidentiality agreement that remains in effect even after their departure from the company.

Access to the data and documents you provide is strictly controlled and aligned with the responsibilities of each job position. Access rights are reviewed twice a year to ensure compliance with security policies.

Secure Connection

Our Platform uses a secure HTTPS connection with TLS 1.2/1.3 encryption to protect data in transit. Each user is required to log in with a unique username and password, and we strongly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) for added security.

All online payments are processed securely through Stripe, a globally recognized payment gateway that complies with PCI-DSS standards. For more detailed information, please contact info@mino-solution.com.

Will the Data I Provide During Registration Be Kept Confidential?

Most of the information requested during registration—such as your company name, industry, size, and location—is publicly available. This information allows MINO to customize the Platform to your organization’s needs and provide tailored compliance and data governance solutions.

Are My Data and Documents Treated Confidentially?

Yes, all data, documents, and analysis results you provide are treated as strictly confidential, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Your business partners, employees, or stakeholders will only have access to the information you explicitly choose to share with them through the Platform.

How Will MINO Use My Documents? Who Has Access to Them?

The documents you upload to the Platform are used solely to support your compliance and data governance assessments. They will not be shared with anyone outside your organization unless you grant explicit access to specific users.

MINO is fully committed to ensuring the security of your data and providing highly secure cloud-based solutions.

What Are the Legal Requirements Applicable to My Documents?

As outlined in our General Terms and Conditions, all data and documents you provide must be accurate, true, and complete. It is your responsibility to ensure that the data complies with all applicable legal requirements, including data protection laws such as the GDPR and other relevant regulations.

Will the Results of My Assessments Be Kept Confidential?

Yes, MINO is fully committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your assessment results. These results will only be accessible to individuals or organizations you explicitly authorize. Once you grant access to a business partner, employee, or stakeholder, they will have access to the results of your assessments unless you revoke their permissions.

Additional Security Measures

To further protect your data, MINO implements the following measures:

  1. Data Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption protocols.

  2. Access Controls: Role-based access controls ensure that only authorized personnel can access sensitive data.

  3. Regular Audits: We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to identify and address vulnerabilities.

  4. Incident Response: In the event of a security incident, MINO has a robust incident response plan to mitigate risks and notify affected parties promptly.
