(hereinafter, "MINO"), with Tax Identification Number (N.I.F.): B-XXXXXXXX and registered office at Calle Jaime Hermida 12, 1,  left, 28037 , Madrid, Spain.

Access to and/or use of the Website confers the status of User (hereinafter, the "User" or "Users"), who agrees to observe and comply with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other applicable legal provisions.

The conditions published at the time the User accesses the Website are considered valid. Therefore, the User must read this Legal Notice carefully each time they intend to use the Website, as both the Website and its conditions of use may undergo modifications.

 

2. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links, audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes (hereinafter, the "Contents"), are the intellectual property of MINO or third parties who have authorized their use by MINO. MINO reserves the right to investigate and report any of the aforementioned behaviors in accordance with the law, as well as to collaborate with authorities in the investigation of such actions.

The User will be liable to MINO or third parties for any damages caused as a result of breaching these obligations.

 

4. Liability and Guarantees

The Contents displayed on the Website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute, under any circumstances, the provision of advisory services. Therefore, the information provided is insufficient for making personal or business decisions.

MINO is not responsible for the actions, damages, losses, or decisions made by Users based on the information or Contents provided on the Website.

Furthermore, MINO does not guarantee and shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

MINO assumes no responsibility for links to other websites (hereinafter, "Linked Sites") that may appear on the Website. These links may direct Users to websites over which MINO has no control.

The inclusion of links to Linked Sites does not imply approval of their contents by MINO or the existence of any association between MINO and the owners of the Linked Sites. Users access these sites and their contents under their sole responsibility.

If a User becomes aware that a Linked Site refers to illegal, harmful, denigrating, violent, or immoral content or services, they may contact MINO by providing the following information:

a) Personal data of the communicator: name, address, telephone number, and email address;


b) Description of the facts revealing the illegal or inappropriate nature of the Linked Site;


c) In case of a rights violation (e.g., intellectual or industrial property), the personal data of the rights holder (if different from the communicator), along with proof of ownership and representation (if applicable);


d) An express statement that the information provided in the claim is accurate.

Receipt of such communication by MINO does not imply, under the LSSI, actual knowledge of the activities or contents reported.

 

5. Duration, Modification, and Suspension

This Legal Notice will remain in effect indefinitely. MINO may modify the conditions specified herein, with changes taking effect from the moment of their publication.

MINO may temporarily suspend access to the Website, without prior notice, for maintenance, repair, update, or improvement operations. Whenever possible, MINO will notify Users in advance of the expected suspension date.

 

6. Applicable Legislation

​

This Legal Notice is governed in all respects by Spanish law.
